The best opportunity to learn, savor and be in touch with real tuscany food is to partecipate a cooking class at the winery. You will spend some time drinking a glass of excellent organic Chianti Classico wines that we produce, preparing some of the most typical dishes of Tuscan and Chianti cuisine around the wood fire-oven.
All this happens in a family atmosphere, the dishes are prepared in our equipped kitchen, trying to discover or learn for the first time, the old recipes of the “grandmothers” but also learning what are the natural ingredients and more natural methods to cook.
Participants can prepare bread with their hands, pull the homemade pasta, you will know the secrets for a wonderful Torta della Nonna’s cake. All this culminates tasting an unforgettable lunch you made, after the wine tour, served in the panoramic garden or inside in the historic family cellar.
Hours and days: the class starts at 10.30 am. We make from Monday to Friday just by reservation.
Number of participants: The minimum number of participants is 4 persons, not even the same group, so if you are only 2 persons, don’t hesitate to contact us , we will find other participants among our requests or we will arrange a private class for you 2!
