Winemaking
The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected into the vineyard and harvested
separately to full maturity. Vinified in small masses of 9-11 days maceration with frequent pumping over and punching down.
Refinement
Before fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in wood, for a total of 8-9 months of aging in oak barrels. Aging in bottle 8 months minimum.

Refinement
First fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in wood, for a total of 14 months of aging in oak barrels 225 liters 4th-5th passage. Aging in bottle 12 months minimum.
